Spray Foam Insulation in Flagstaff, AZ

I highly recommend Ortiz Flag Spray Foam. We recently hired them to spray foam our upstairs area during a remodel. They were timely and quoted a very competitive price which saved us a lot of money. Cozy Homes has a wonderful team to work with. Aaron set me up with exactly what I was hoping for. His team Brent and Marquis installed three splitters to one outside unit. They moved my furniture. They were up in my attic . They vacuumed everything up and the splitters look like they have been apart of my rooms for years.. The whole team was very easy to work with. I had a great experience with CozyHome from start to finish! I was curious about heat pumps as a replacement for an aging furnace and window AC units, but I was concerned about cost. I worked mostly with Aaron, who was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to reach. He determined what type of heat pump was most suitable for my home and made sure I got every possible rebate, without applying any pressure. By the time install came around, I had full trust in these guys, and they did a great job! Big thanks to Keegan and Jesse for getting the units in. We're loving our new mini splits this summer, and can't wait to use them in the winter too!

We had two services provided by Cozy Homes: 1) An energy audit 2) A mini-split installation. Both times, the service was punctual, professional, friendly, and helpful. We live in a 900 square foot apartment, so the energy audit only took about an hour and several suggestions were provided to improve our energy efficiency. One of the suggestions was the installation of two mini-split heating and cooling units in our main living/kitchen/dining area and another in one of the bedrooms. This took about 1.5 days to complete. The price was just under $10K. However, we received a $500 rebate from the city of Flagstaff about 1.5 months after completion and are eligible for a $2k tax write-off. Our most recent bill came to $45, although we don't leave the units running all the time. We turn one on during the day and then turn it off most night, because Flagstaff evenings are already very cool. Each unit has a filter screen on top that should be cleaned every 3-4 months. I check the main filter after a month and there was barely anything to clean - and we have two cats. :-) The outside inverter unit can get a little noisy, but so can the box fans we were using to blow cold air in and out of the apartment. And it doesn't run all the time. I can't comment on the winter heating saving yet, but so far, we're happy with the units. The mini-split setup comes with a 2 year service warranty and a 10 year parts warranty. The main hurdle was dealing with our HOA. :-) Cheers,
