From the first phone call to get service on our frozen AC the professionalism is clear. It was determined we needed a new unit. We have two and decided to replace both. When the crews showed up in the morning to replace they never seemed to stop working. It was raining and they put down drop clothes . Honestly besides the new AC units and furnaces I’d never have known they were here. AJ, Kade, Dale, Greg, and Jayln Thank You So Much for getting our AC back up and running. Honest Review – 2026 Experience (PLEASE READ) I chose to delete my previous negative review because, after further reflection and communication, I realized the issue stemmed from an internal breakdown that had not yet reached the owner’s attention. This is my updated and honest review. I believe in giving credit where it’s due. While my experience with Sensigreen HVAC started off frustrating, the owner demonstrated true leadership by stepping in personally to resolve the matter. The problem wasn’t just the HVAC work itself, it was that the line of communication within Sensigreen had been discontinued. My concerns were not properly escalated through the chain of command. Once the owner became aware of the situation, he quickly repaired that communication breakdown and committed to redoing the work the right way. How do I know, my neighbor informed me he had received a positive result afterwards. That action is making all the difference especially in restoring confidence within our community. I now feel VALUED as a customer. Not only is my HVAC system on the road to recovery, but the owner also refunded my expenses, including consideration for the time I invested throughout this process. That removed the FEAR and frustration I had been carrying. We are all subject to mistakes. What truly matters is how those mistakes are handled and corrected. Accountability, responsiveness, and integrity speak louder than perfection ever could. As a conduit of God, I understand that ultimate trust belongs to God alone. I do not place any company on that level. However, I do respect and appreciate owners who operate with responsibility, humility, and a commitment to make things right. Thank you for your timely and professional response. I sincerely pray I will not have to revisit or revise this review again.

I had a new heat pump, thermostat, and ductwork installed. The guys were here bright and early and by that afternoon I had a new unit and I was warm and cozy. Very professional and courteous. They seemed to work very well together. And, they cleaned up everything! I am beyond pleased with the entire service they provided.

Tracie was my contact here and she is highly recommended! She was patient and waited for me to get my container delivered for over a month. They insulated the interior of my storage container and it was a pleasant experience! They were in and out in a hurry and didn't leave a mess. Also, they showed up on time on the day they said they would be here! Gave me a quote on 9/3 and done it on 10/31 for the quoted price. The delay was my fault, not theirs. I quoted several people in the area and iFoam beat them by $500/minimum. Highly recommended! On a side note, it's 10 degrees cooler inside right now than outside and the sun is TDC over the top of it!

iFoam insulation was very easy to work with. Mike was professional and went out of his way to collect data from other spray foam professional installers. He was able to provide enough information to allow me to make an important decision. We had to shift the scheduled date of installation a few times due to other contractor schedule conflicts without any issue from their side. The crew that came out was also professional, courteous, and experienced applicators. I was able to easily explain where we needed the foam applied and they were able to put down a smooth and level pad in preparation for my hydronic floor heat system. They were quick and picked up before leaving. No trash of any kind was left on site. Overall they were easy to work with, experienced, and skilled in the trade. I will use them again when we start the house build.

They are amazing. I had my attic and garage done. It did take all day, from 7am to 4pm. But the technicians were very polite and friendly. The selling technician was able to explain what type of foam we need and worked with us on pricing. Seeing what my husband and I could do ourselves instead of them doing it, like we removed the old insulation instead of them. Great company and very fast in getting your scheduled.

Progressive brought my attic insulation up to R30. We already feel the difference. They placed a barrier over our newly carpeted stair to avoid any possibility of staining them with the hose. Great job. 👍

Estimate was fair for blown in fiber. Was pleased with courteous and fast workers. Took around 1 1/2 hour for setup, install and out the door. ~ Z Robinson.

Gary came and gave me an estimate to install blown-in fiberglass insulation. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Because of an add-on to my house, he gave me two different quotes in case the installers couldn't access the add-on. After shopping around, I decided to go with Gary and Progressive because of how quick he was able to come and look at the house to give a quote, his great personality, and the fair price he gave us. The installers arrived within the time frame Gary gave me, did the work quickly, and cleaned up before they left. Our installer recommended that we get an attic tent (which I'd never heard of before) if we wanted to insulate the attic even better. I'm very satisfied with Progressive and would recommended them to anyone in the River Region who's looking to save money on their energy bills and have a more comfortable house in the hot and cold months.
