I have used VERTEX for insulating my all of my rentals that I have built over the past five years. During this time, I have come to know Rick and his highly qualified team. They communicate, they are courteous, they show up when they say they will be there, they clean up after themselves, and most importantly, the job is completed on time without any issues. I have no issues with recommending VERTEX for any spray foam job. There may be other fly by night spray foam contractors that come and go in Fairbanks, but if you want it done right the first time, they are the only spray foam contractor to call in Fairbanks, AK.

Garage floor, driveway and patio needed leveling. Vertex was easy to work with on setting up and completing my projects. Ron was very personable and helped me understand the process and what would be the best fix. I highly recommend Ron and Vertex.

Ron from Vertex did an outstanding job raising and leveling out our concrete driveway. They were highly recommended by a friend of mine, and I see why. My husband and I were experiencing problems with a built up ice layer on top of our metal roof, beneath the snow. We were also experiencing actual leaking between the main house and an addition. After extensive roof work, we called Jordan at Alaska Insulation and explained our problem. Jordan explained it was likely an ice dam accumulating through the winter and then melting. Even though he had a full schedule, he managed to squeeze us in before snowfall. He sent us a very knowledgeable and professional crew, who assessed the situation in our attic. They used spray in insulation to thoroughly fill all cracks between the main house and addition and also filled in all the way down to the eaves where we were unable to reach with standard batts of insulation. Now it is winter and snowing. There is no layer of built up ice on our roof. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Jordan and his crew. They were knowledgeable, professional, respectful and super nice! 🙂

I went through the list when it came to insulating my off grid cabin in Willow. Got quotes and a feel for the type of work each company put forth. One stood out when it came to communication and quality, Turnagain Spray Foam. Will and Mike showed up ready to work and that they did! They busted tail spray foaming the walls and subfloor while putting batten in the roof(my request). The work came out great and I am really happy I went with them. We recently purchased 3 sets of A & b foam to be used for insulating our chalet building. Very happy with the product and service. Our building will keep our winter guests warm and cozy and we won’t have to split as much firewood as we did last season.

Mark came out to my place with his right hand man, and the two of them worked like crazy for 7 hours to get my place done. The foam looked literally perfect in the end, he was very conscientious about cleanup and all that was left in the end was a little dust and a very well insulated building. They masked off the few things I didn't think to do, just to keep the potential for dust and mist from collecting on unwanted surfaces, and did an outstanding job. I could not recommend them more highly.

Excellent service from our first call to the finished job. Trace made a careful, detailed exam of the problems, explaining how they would be addressed. Scheduled time for the job was right on. All issues perfectly fixed by Jack and crew. Photographed and carefully went over with us. Could not ask for anything better.

Very responsive and thorough. Understood what we needed. We had gaps under our foundation from soil settling, and they sprayed structural foam to fill all of the voids. Polyseal was very thorough in their approach, and revised one remaining void to ensure continuity. I would definitely recommend their services and use this contractor again.

Quite an honest company Trace came out because I was thinking, I need more insulation in my attic another company quoted me last year, and says I needed a couple more inches so the past few days I got a hold of trace at poly seal, he went up. Checked things out came back down and said it all looks good. He was impressed by how good it looked for 24 years says I’m all good. I appreciate the honesty the other” company.” Was just a scam trying to get me to pay For something that I didn’t need! Had these guys come do some spray in insulation on a house I was remodeling last year and they did an awesome job at an excellent price. So good in fact, that I’m going to have them come do the project I’m currently working on this year. Which is why I’m just now writing this review, I should have done this last time!! Fast, friendly, professional, hard-working, great/happy attitude and just nice to see a small business taking pride in the service they’re providing the community. I won’t call anyone else for urethane insulation.

The only urethane insulation company on the peninsula that answers their phone calls. No surprise, it's a family-run company with high ethical standards and good business practices. Jesse was extremely professional and willing to work with my complicated schedule. He took the time to explain what was needed and why. This is a critical point to me when I hire someone to do a job. When he showed me the attic, I could see he was right. I would not hesitate to hire Jesse again. Fortunately/unfortunately, I won't have to because he did such a great job in my attic. I can really tell the difference, and when winter comes back, I will definitely be happy when I get my fuel bill each month. I am always willing to write a negative review, but when someone does an outstanding job, I am just as willing to recommend them to someone else. He came out one day gave me my estimate that night and we scheduled the next day this company is amazing and I would recommend them to everyone They get in do the job and get out There prompt, they get the job done I don’t know how big my attic is, I know it’s vaulted they used top rated insulation and the price was affordable They will work with your schedule My renter doesn’t get home till about 330 ish and they waited patiently for her to get there If they did more then insulation I would hire them for every thing

These guys came out on a Saturday, in pretty gnarly winter driving conditions, and did an exceptional job putting baffles and blown insulation in my attic. I appreciated their attention to detail and way they went about the work. Definitely recommend.

They just did the blown in insulation in my attic. When contacted he came and gave a bid. We accepted and he told us to call him the second week of July to schedule. Came out just a few days after that call. This was to add more insulation to the existing.

Urethane Alaska did a complete insulation job on my recent home renovation project. They walked me through the whole process and made the job go smoothly. They even sprayed the attic ceiling between the trusses where it meets the walls, since the blow-in insulation doesn't provide much cold resistance in that small corner space. They were quick and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. My old house with 2x4 walls is going to be toasty this winter, and my gas bill should drop tremendously!

I am very pleased with the quality of work Urethane Alaska did for me. Luke Smith and his workers came and put an entirely new vapor seal in my crawl space, taped it off, and insulated ground to ceiling. They sealed off old broken down vents that were letting in too much cold air (and keeping my floors about 20 degrees colder than the house), and put in a new one with a fan to keep air circulating. They hauled off all the old insulation and left no trace of mess behind. They even moved and replaced all the home renovation stuff (paint cans and flooring planks, stone tiles, extra supplies) I forgot I was storing down there - without complaint! The service was excellent, the work was done in a single day for my home, and they ventilated everything. They even followed up to make sure I was happy - I AM! My heating bills decreased by a whopping 17% -- that's how much improved the insulation is now. My feet stay warm on the floor and everyone who visits comments on the improvement. It has mane an enormous difference, and I couldn't be happier.

Very professional job on our challenging geodesic dome project. In fact, I just had to cut into the rim joist to install a fan duct and found that these guys even got insulation evenly installed in a tight spot where they had to spray through a small knockout! Closed cell foam is a great product when installed by real pros, so make sure to go with people who will do it right!

Spray foam insulation. This post is from the husband. I almost never post. We just used these guys and the experience was fantastic. Xtreme Alaska Spray Foam is a locally owned operation and their quality is excellent. Thank you Troy! If you are considering doing your own spray foam (those expensive kits from the big stores)- think again! This is one DIY project that WILL cost you more money, more time, more hassle...if you try and do it yourself. Troy will show up and be gone before you have a chance to make a couple trips to Lowes.

Troy was a pleasure and a blessing to work with. We weren't ready when he came to quote, but we stayed in contact and were able to schedule a day that worked for both of us. There were a lot of old holes behind our old insulation that caused a wind tunnel behind the drywall. Using this spray foam completely blocked off all those wind entry points. I'd definitely recommend Troy and I'd definitely schedule services with him again!

After taking a fall in my family room, Ed Pico of Alas-Co was kind enough to do a fabulous repair of the hole in my drywall. After repairing the drywall he also textured and painted the wall during his three day weekend off work. After the paint dried, you can not even tell that the large hole was in my wall next to the fireplace. I have been meaning to write this review for awhile and let Alas-Co know what a great job Ed did to help me out. Plus he would not let me pay him which even showed me more class from a first rate worker and neighbor. Thank you Ed for doing a nice job!

The crew came and installed a vapor barrier and insulation in the crawl space day one, the second day they used "aeroseal" on the duct work and reduced leakage by 97%, which their printout showed in an easy to understand manner. They covered everything in plastic, even taking the time to cover the fish bowl and poke a little air hole in it. There were a couple of minor things that weren't perfect but they did a good job all in all, and the quote was the price I was charged. They were fair, clean, and easy to deal with. I'm looking forward to a healthier house and a more efficient and comfortable winter.
