After reaching out to several local companies Phoenix Insulation was the first and only to respond to my first contact. I had to make multiple calls/ emails to get a response from other companies. The day the insulation was installed, I showed the foreman the damage done to my tenant's walls and ceiling. He did not pass the information a long to his supervisor. After setting up a meeting with the supervisor, I had to coordinate several other meetings in order to get the damage repaired by my contractor and his painter. There should have been some reduction in the bill considering their mistake and their insufficient follow-thru, And an additional reduction should have been made for the additional time I had to invest into correcting their mistakes.
