In this day and age it’s difficult to find contractors that return phone calls and follow through on their promises, but that’s exactly what Phoenix Insulation did for our family! Daniel was onsite within a day or two of us reaching out to him and he thoroughly explained all our different insulation options. Their price was budget friendly and scheduling was a breeze. When Tyler came out to install you could tell he meant business and he knew what he was doing, great guy! As someone who has been in the construction business for 14 years, I would highly recommend this crew for your insulation needs!

After reaching out to several local companies Phoenix Insulation was the first and only to respond to my first contact. I had to make multiple calls/ emails to get a response from other companies. Dan came out and met me face to face, looked over my project and had a bid to me in 12 hours. They were the best price and since my project was small he was able to get it done with in 2 days of me accepting his bid. Other companies were to lazy to come out only wanted to match Phoenix's bid. Since Dan took the time to come out and was professional I chose them to do the job. They arrived on time, did a great job and didn't leave a mess behind.

The day the insulation was installed, I showed the foreman the damage done to my tenant's walls and ceiling. He did not pass the information a long to his supervisor. After setting up a meeting with the supervisor, I had to coordinate several other meetings in order to get the damage repaired by my contractor and his painter. There should have been some reduction in the bill considering their mistake and their insufficient follow-thru, And an additional reduction should have been made for the additional time I had to invest into correcting their mistakes.
