Very happy with this company and the spray foam job. At first I wasn’t sure I could budget having spray foam, but after crunching the numbers I realized it would definitely be a great long term investment. I made some budget changes and decided to spend money where I could get a return on this in the future. I couldn’t be happier with the result. Every member of the crew was professional and courteous and timely. I was pleased with the end product and would recommend to any of my family and friends that might be on the fence or might be considering another company. They beat every price I compared them to from companies in larger cities and companies closer to Emporia.

The guys did a great job at leveling the concrete in my garage. Their communication and organizing were very professional. Their explanation of the process was clear and easy to understand. Would recommend them to anyone.

Clint came out to take measurements, explain the product in expert detail, and answer all my questions. He also worked with me on a practical level to schedule everything. This greatly saved my overall project manhours by enabling the guys working on the electrical to avoid extra labor post foam. The Modern Foam guys were very professional, kept their timelines, and left a clean and safe work environment when they were done. I was able to have peace of mind with all the crews on the project not interfering with each other, and even received compliments from my sheetrock guys when they went in after Modern Foam. With how efficient the whole process was, it's safe to say the return on my investment started the day I said yes to working with Modern Foam. The returns have continued ever since with the significant reduction I have seen on utility bills. I am eager to see what they can do for my next house project that needs concrete leveling!
