I truthfully am so happy and content to have picked IMI for our insulation. Zero regrets with our decision. Matthew and his team were in and out in no time and were extremely respectful to us, our home, and overall property. While installing, the team found that we had a broken bathroom vent hose. They went ahead and repaired it for us--just out of generosity. Matthew was also a pleasure to work with as he accepted multiple forms of communication-- which was key for my husband and I to commit with our busy schedules.

The Owner, Patrick was amazing! He was professional, knowledgeable & very friendly! He explained the plan/quote & how the installation procedure worked. He also provided pictures before AND after! His assistant, Eric was a friendly, sweet guy. They worked well together & cleaned up when completed. The price was affordable, too! I'm glad we did not delay this project especially with winter approaching! My Husband & I would give them MORE than 5 stars, if possible! Thanks, Patrick! Happy Holidays, All!

Patrick and Kaleb showed up on time and were professional and friendly. They kept us updated throughout the job and ended up going above and beyond what we needed. Everything was cleaned up nicely when they were done too. After they left, we could already feel the difference in how much warmer the house was. We're very happy with the job they did and would definitely recommend them to others.
