I recently hired Attic King right after getting a new roof. The roofers had left behind piles of debris and nails in the attic, plus I still had decades-old blown-in insulation that needed to go. I wanted it cleaned out and replaced with fresh R-30+ insulation — better energy efficiency and a nice federal tax credit bonus. Rafael made the whole process easy. He’s knowledgeable, funny, and patient. On a Sunday morning, he climbed into my attic and came back with detailed photos of every issue — including a dead rat carcass. He walked me through their plan to rat-proof the house, do a deep cleanup, and install the new insulation. His quote was very competitive, and his crew coordination was spot-on. Both times they came, they arrived on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up perfectly afterward. I’d highly recommend Rafael for attic cleanup and insulation.

Raphael arrived right on time. He was very polite and very efficient. He was able to do the job while here ( I was expecting an estimate). Our pigeon problem is fixed, and, as I requested, no birds were harmed. I would use Attic Kings in a heartbeat and I'd be sure to request Raphael. He's also very easy on the eyes!
