The crew, Kevin & Alex did a fantastic and clean job! Christina took the time to understand my needs and worked with me throughout the whole process to ensure I was happy with their services. The owner, Aaron even came out to meet us and chat for a while. long story short...I had to have my attic insulation fully removed, then have new insulation blown in after replacing my falling ceilings. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs in regard to scheduling. The cost was well worth the investment because now my home is up to modern standards. They submitted my info for a Duke Energy rebate and even sold me on the benefits of installing a solar powered attic fan. Overall, I was really impressed with their service from start to finish and DEFINTELY RECCOMMEND THEM!!

Had groundhog come out and fill up our attic insulation due to it being low after finding them through a duke energy program. They were easy to talk to and explain all the things to be done, and what would or wouldn't qualify for the program through duke. They came out quickly to give an estimate and the work was done quickly and cleanly within a week of accepting the estimate. Can already notice the difference in efficiency in our home. Overall great experience.

I found out about Groundhog Insulation through Duke Energy. Their team did a very thorough job of looking over our situation, and gave us a great quote for air sealing and insulation the attic and our garage. Kevin and his crew did a great job, showed up on time and cleaned up well. I'm very pleased with the job they did!

While working on a few projects around the house. I have noticed small holes and gaps in certain places. Weighing out the options I decided to go with Strategic spray foam. The first thing I have noticed about the company is the professionalism and the knowledge. They answered every question I had which made me feel less stressed. The second thing I have noticed is how time efficient they are in providing service. Once the service was completed. I'm not detecting moisture or noticed any air leaks. We chose USA Insulations from the 3 contractors that responded from Duke Energy, they gave us the best pricing & quickly scheduled the job. Their team was great, prompt, done in few hours, cleaned up and walked us thru what they did, double checked work making sure we were happy& satisfied at every step. This company was great to work with and they done everything they said they would do. We call and in a couple days Jason came out look around told us what we need and he even compared a few different opinions. The team of Todd ,Raheem and Greg were easy to work with and very well mannered. These guys don't waste anything they finished my house in 1 and 3/4 days. They put all vinyl back and cleaned up what little mess that was made. We r one happy customer and would recommend this company to do your inslation work.

We needed to insulate a 75 year old farmhouse in the mountains. USA Insulation worked with us to find the best options, including using injection foam insulation in the outside walls. They were professional, friendly and pleasant to work with. They explained not only what they were doing, but also why they were using that method & materials. They also traveled 2 hours each way to provide their services when other companies told us it was not possible to insulate outside walls that old without removing the inside walls then replacing them. We are extremely satisfied with this company, their crew members, and the finished project.

Darryl and the team arrived on time and made short work of the job. They got right to it and completed the project fast and efficiently. Darryl was extremely knowledgable as was the team. From a knowledge, job and cost standpoint they can't be beat. I would highly recommend them for any project you might have. Darryl will treat you right and do you right! By the way the office staff is first rate as well. They actually communicate and answer the phone when you call without voice mail mazes and call back recordings. Great all around ! 5 stars!

Kayle, the office manager, was very friendly and helpful. Shane is the GM and he came out personally to give us a quote after inspecting our attic. He offered Energy Star Level R49 L77 Corning insulation which is the better stuff. Shane found some discounts for us and we were able to get far better insulation than we expected for a lower price than another company quoted us. Shane was fantastic! They air-sealed around 20 floodlights in our house and completed isolation of two areas over our porch and garage with a radiant barrier. Darryl lead the team and was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We are very happy that we called Insulation 4 All! They are the best!

Rehabbing a 90+ yo house. Did a social media search for insulation extraction and called 3 vendors. Insulation 4 All came out same day of call and gave a free estimate that was competitive and reasonable. Excellent and timely communication and very pleased with the finished product. We’ll be talking to them again when we are ready for insulation. Give them a call.

They sprayed both of my attics in 2020 for $5000. There is a wall they did not spray in one of the attics and since they did not spray it - I have an issue with condensation from outside to this area (causing a pocket where moisture is getting trapped). I'm not the professional. It's not my responsibility to know where to spray and not spray. Lee should have noticed this would cause an issue over time but no one told us. I've had 2 roofing companies look at my roof and there is no issue with my roof. This issue is caused by condensation from 2 different temps meeting because they didn't spray this section. Lee and the general manager won't even come look at my issue to fully understand what I'm saying to them. He said it's over 2 years there's nothing they are willing to do. BEWARE.. they apparently don't know what will and won't cause issues down the road. Use a more professional company with better ratings and warranty behind their workmanship.

We purchased a newly built home the latter part of 2017 and Renn Building Products was subcontracted by the developer to do the guttering. After being in the home for awhile we noticed huge crevices in one of the side yards and realized that the water gushing from the gutter on that side was causing the problem. I called Renn 5/14/17, spoke with a female person, explained my issue and was told that the sales person for this area would contact me and discuss changing the direction of the flow. After (4) days and not hearing from anyone, I called Renn again on 5/17/17, spoke with the same female person who apologized for the lack of follow up and said that my info would be given to the sales person again. Well, it's 5/20/17 and no word. Guess the sales person was in an episode of "Gone With The Wind."

Terrible customer service. Our builder choose Renn Building Products to install our closets. One side of our closet fell. Called for a quote and to schedule a repair. Two days later the sales person "texted me" saying my property was out of warranty and the repair would be $250. I asked for clarity on why ONE SHELF ( 4 SCREWS) would cost $250. Received another text message back saying, "I will call around and see who can come after hours". Never heard back. Never asked for a free job or after hours. Just asked why this SIMPLE job would cost $250. Clearly they do not want or need my business. We went elsewhere. The whole interaction was a waste of my unlimited text messaging.
