The customer service at We Crawl Spaces is stellar. Every person I’ve interacted with in Rob’s small business has been friendly, thoughtful, thorough, kind and professional, and I’m very pleased with the quality of the work done. Specifically, a long overdue but otherwise routine inspection identified extensive damage to the insulation and water barrier under the house, with evidence of prior critter activity. There was a lot to remove and replace and then steps needed to prevent any new rodents from moving in. -Cory walked through pictures he’d taken during his inspection, explaining the significance of his findings, then discussing the pros and cons of options, including steering me away from some more expensive services not currently warranted. -I received a clear, itemized, accurate (!) estimate of cost the same day. -Eric, who came at a later date to perform the work, was also warm and professional. He did a fantastic and thorough job cleaning up the yard, with pictures detailing the quality work that was done under the house. -Communication from end to end has been frequent, proactive, responsive and timely. I’m very pleased.

My service advisor (David Hendrickson) inspected my crawlspace and provided several options to deal with my high humidity moisture concerns. David was very thorough and did not pressure me. I was only interested in full encapsulation so we discussed the specifics and costs involved for this method and all warranties that helped me make the best decision for this project. Phase 1 of my crawlspace encapsulation project started this week with Matt & Logan removing the old insulation and vapor barrier. They were both very friendly, respectful, and worked continuously once they arrived until the job was finished. They did an excellent job with clean up and had to remove a considerable amount of material and posted the building permit required for the project. During Phase 2 James Lawson came to perform the Bora-Care treatment application to the now exposed floor joists and sub floor. Again another very friendly individual who did a great job communicating and sharing photos of the treatment results. Phase 3 started with the encapsulation team (led by Trixton) working two days to install the wall board and plastic line and setting the dehumidifier. The electrical team of Vinny & Jeff completed phase 4 which included installation of a new breaker in the panel box, a required GFCI breaker near the panel box, and the installation of four lights and an outlet for the dehumidifier. Once the electrical work was complete they tested all the circuits and powered up the dehumidifier. Vinny & Jeff took many photos they shared with me and noticed some follow up items that were documented. Phase 5 was the completion of the punch list items by John from the quality control department. John spent nearly three hours making sure everything was as promised and did a really good job. John even went around the outer perimeter of the house cleaning off all the crawlspace vent covers installed. There was one item that John did not have the right material for to complete so he made a note and a few days later Matt & Logan returned to complete the follow up list. The humidity in our crawlspace at the start up of the dehumidifier was 90% and is currently running at 46% so a huge improvement. I have had another contractor onsite for another job and he mentioned to me that he noticed the Bay Crawlspace sign in our yard and said they are the best around (which came from an independent source) which reinforced my decision. The final electrical inspection is complete and now I am just waiting on the final crawl space inspection to be complete by the county so this job can formally come to a close. I want to thank all of the workers and office staff for the courtesy, timeliness, and dedication during this project and am extremely happy with the results and glad I did my homework ahead of time researching the best contractor to encapsulate our crawl space. It is a rather expensive investment but Bay's price, reputation, and knowledge were the driving factors for us to hire them to perform the work at our home and we are happy it worked out so well. Update: All inspections by the county are complete and everything passed without issue. Naz came to collect an "after" mold sample test to compare the results post encapsulation. This closes my project and again I'm very satisfied with the quality and workmanship that Bay Crawl Space did and highly recommend them!

We recently had our crawl space encapsulated by BAY Crawl Space & Foundation Repair. Very pleased with the work the team members provided. Everyone was very professional and knowledgable regarding their work. In addition, very effective on their work and appreciated the customer interaction by showing pictures after work has been completed. If you are considering getting your crawl space encapsulated, I would recommend BAY Crawl Space. After having our crawl space fully encapsulated, we noticed some light coming through and potential growth. Chris A. and Dalton from Bay Crawl Space came out and did an excellent job sealing everything up while Chris A and Paul performed a mold test and confirmed it was not growth that we were seeing. They carefully filled all the gaps and cracks that were allowing light in and took the time to inspect the entire perimeter to ensure no additional areas were missed.

Update 11/4/25 - Shout out to Chris A. He came back to my house to complete another mold remediation, called a blowout. Chris called to let me know he was on his way and then explained how the process works. While he was here, he so kindly answered some questions that I had about the dehumidifier. Every Bay Crawl Space employee who has come out to my house during each phase of the project has been professional, knowledgeable, and true experts. The office staff is top notch, always providing excellent customer service and communications. UPDATE 10/21/22 - The last step of my crawl space project is done. Steven came out to do one last mold/fungus test. Just like all the employees before him, Steven called to notify me he was on his way. When he arrived, he explained what he would be doing and notified me when he was done. I continue to be amazed at the excellent communications and customer service I received throughout the project. Well done Bay Crawl Space & Foundation Repair team!!!! UPDATE 10/11/25 - Chris A. and Dalton Wolfe completed the last phase of my crawl space project, the electrical work. It went just as smoothly as the prior phases. They installed the power for the dehumidifier and light. They clearly labeled everything, including the new breaker. Chris A. and Dalton W. gave us a heads up when they were on their way to our house, and explained everything they would be doing. When the job was completed, they showed us pictures of their meticulous work. These gentlemen were so kind and respectful of our property. Thank you so much Chris and Dalton for a job well done!!! UPDATE 10/9/25 - Wow, what an amazing, wonderful production team! I am incredibly delighted with the high-quality work and excellent communication skills from Travis, Jordan, Zach, Josh M., Tyler N., and Jimmy. Great group of gentlemen who are friendly, hardworking, and were totally respectful of my property. When the job was completed, Travis reviewed everything they did in the crawl space, showed me how to use the moisture meter, and showed me the pictures he took of the space after the job was completed. I continue to be completely satisfied with my decision to use Bay Crawl Space for my remediation project. I have total peace of mind that the work was done exceptionally well and that it will last for years to come. Well done, gentlemen! Thank you! UPDATE: Last week James Swoope and Shawn Roberts initiated the process for my crawl space remediation work by removing the insulation. They notified me when they were on their way to my house. Once there, they explained what they’ll be doing and how long it will take. They were totally respectful of my property. I barely knew they were there! Yesterday, Naz came to my house to complete the anti fungal treatment. He is super nice! He notified me when he was on his way and explained what he’ll be doing. When he was done, he shared what he saw under the house and sent me pictures after the treatment was applied. Naz has excellent customer service skills. I truly felt relieved knowing my crawl space is now rid of unhealthy mold and fungus. Bay Crawl Space continues to do an excellent job at communicating with me in a timely manner. I’m truly impressed! David Hendrickson came to my house today to inspect the condition of my crawl space. He showed up on time, was incredibly knowledgeable, and exceptionally patient with all mine and my husband’s questions. David did not try to sell. He did a thorough inspection, which took about an hour, and then spent time showing us the pictures he took of our crawl space. He shared the facts, explained various remediation options, and clearly explained the cost of each option. We previously received an inspection and cost estimate from another company but didn’t feel confident they were the right choice. However, after talking with David, we feel we will be in great hands with Bay Crawl Space.
