From my initial phone call for an estimate to final walk-through, he was responsive to all my questions and concern. The workers showed up on time and even on raining days. There were times due to harsh weather they had to stop, if time permitted once the rain stops they would commence working. The crew did an excellent job they took their time carefully repairing all the cracks and damages to the roof. The roof now looks beautiful. The crew did a wonderful job of cleaning up immaculately afterwards. As an experience property manager, I can be demanding and expect professionalism. Chris is a good listener and is flexible. He used the silicone product that I recommended without hesitation. The roof repair was for my mother who lives in Puerto Rico, and I live in Florida. I was able to monitor the work from Florida. He contacted me through WhatsApp, send pictures of the work and text me updates. I had gotten four proposals to repair and seal the roof. For Roofing Contractors had the best price, reviews, and 20 years of experience. They provided me copies of their insurance and license. They warrantied the work for 10-year and inspections every 2 years. After the work was completed, they provide me with a certificate of the roof waterproofing system. I highly recommend them for repairing and waterproofing your roof. You will not be disappointed with the quality of work and the price.

Excellent service, warranty, friendliness, and courtesy of Mr. Cristian Collaso, the sales and opinion representative, who found a solution that fit my budget, including low interest rates. Furthermore, excellent communication; all my calls have been answered, although there have been reasonable delays, and I have always been kept informed. The employees have been kind and respectful. For me, the most important thing is that the warranty is honored because I have already had the misfortune of dealing with a company that disappeared, and this is the second one that has repaired my roof.
