P.R. Foam Insulation Inc. was recommended to me by a friend who they did attic spray foam insulation. I saw their work and it was very well done. I had Attila evaluate my attic to see if it would benefit from spray foam. He said the previous insulation and venting was well done and that the attic would not benefit from further insulation or venting. Very honest! P.R. Foam was responsive, scheduled a time to visit my house that was convenient to me, were punctual, and most importantly, HONEST. Would definitely recommend them.

We chose EPR Contractors to turn a window into a door, roof treatment, pressure washing and roof drainage system. Edgar Perez, owner of company, was very attentive and responsive to our questions. He and Viviana always responded right back to text messages. Edgar, Cristopher, and Victor work really well as a team. We really appreciated the choice of using Sherwin Williams roof treatment system. The manager of the store came by the house to insure that the roof treatment was being applied properly. This was to ensure the guarantee of the warranty. They were through in their work. The sub-contractors they worked with to make the door and the electrician they used were on time and professional. We are very happy and grateful for the great work Edgar and the crew did. Our house is cooler, leak free, drains really well and the door install... I can't even put into words how much that changed our relationship to this house. EPR is not cheap. But they are worth it. I highly recommend EPR Paint & Contractor. The way I found these guys was I Googled "best contractors in Bayamón". EPR came up. Google was correct. Edgar and Viviana are the absolute best.

This company poured damage into my roof. If I'm not mistaken, I've had a damaged roof for about three years, and it's still leaking in the same areas as when it didn't have any. They claim to fix the problem under warranty, but they never fix it. I don't recommend them at all.
