Everyone from schedulers, supervisor and Installers were very Informative and helpful throughout the whole process, the project went smooth as could be. They were all professional and arrived before the scheduled time. Actually the Installers went above and beyond in their work, they found a leak in my roof and stopped the work until I could get it taken care of. The Installers could have overlooked the Issue and continued their work which would have cost alot of extra money and time. I applaud them for that and it shows they do care about their work and the final result. Rescheduling was great they got me back on schedule in a couple days. I would definitely use USA Insulation again!
I had USA insulation of Carpentersville IL, and Griffith Indiana do the insulation of my walls in Plainfield IL.. From what I see there is a lot of locations for USA insulation, so that is why I specify the location on my quote. Some of the reviews I see say they are closed, and very poor, I look at the location, and it isn't one of those on my quote. I had a crew show up yesterday, and I was surprised they were 3 nice clean cut English speaking young men. They were all friendly and nice, and worked as a well oiled team. They answered my dumb questions politely, and they all were very hard workers. Even when they talked to each other they were polite, thank you, sir, could you, please are words I heard them use with each other, that really impressed me! I looked in on them occasionally during the day, and it looked like they were doing a good quality job. If the job doesn't make my house more comfortable, I can't blame the crew, it looked like they did what was needed. They went over board on cleaning up, and putting things back in place. Only thing else I can say will be in a few months with a update on comfort level, and a hopeful decrease in my heating bills. I gave 4 stars, and will add a 5th star if I get a noticeable saving on heating. I will update this in January after a few bills for the gas services has come.
