Had our attic insulated and then we had our walls done. The crews were very professional, efficient and courteous. They did a great job. USA INSULATION was doing a neighbor's house and the foreman of that job came over to check the work they did a couple weeks earlier. He noticed that some siding was not fitting properly due to high winds recently and he had someone from the crew fix the loose siding. We didn't even notice it was loose. GREAT WORK USA!!!
Everyone from schedulers, supervisor and Installers were very Informative and helpful throughout the whole process, the project went smooth as could be. They were all professional and arrived before the scheduled time. Actually the Installers went above and beyond in their work, they found a leak in my roof and stopped the work until I could get it taken care of. The Installers could have overlooked the Issue and continued their work which would have cost alot of extra money and time. I applaud them for that and it shows they do care about their work and the final result. Rescheduling was great they got me back on schedule in a couple days. I would definitely use USA Insulation again!
WOW! So they came to do my walls and attic last month, and boy am i IMPRESSED. They were professional and very informative throughout the entire process. My nipsco bill has gone down dramatically and i immediately felt the difference in my home. I am going to recommend them to everyone looking for insulation! They are the best in the business!
