I highly recommend SPF Roofing Systems, Inc. for installation of your sprayed polyurethane roof or any other roofing needs. SPF’s bid was highly competitive among all bids received and their proposal package by far was the best of all those submitted. The brochure was comprehensive and included all Miami-Dade notice of acceptance materials, product & warranty information, as well as reference contacts. We called several references and all provided excellent reviews. SPF’s warranty was better than all others and included a forward maintenance program. SPF met board members separately at two different recent installation sites to show and explain the finished product. Owner Mike Trussell, was engaged throughout the process providing updates. Phil the Foreman was always on site available to answer questions. Zeb and the installation team all worked efficiently to expedite both demolition and installation. There were a few days where the weather did not cooperate and they made sure to work around and get the project done very quickly. Once the installation was complete our common areas, both walkways and parking lot were clean. Our building was in desperate need of a new roof with multiple leaks. We needed someone we could trust to do the job right, at a fair price and quickly. The SPF team delivered for us.

Great store, great staff, thank you for you help. I twisted off the hot water valve and had a 7am emergency visit to the store on commercial. I have an older 1983 built house and was terrified that there might be no Kohler parts to rebuild. Purchased a vanity online. Good experience. It went on sale for Black Friday, after ordering and before receiving, I requested a credit for the difference. The original representative said his supervisors wanted me to return and repurchase for the credit, which was ridiculous. All I wanted was to get a paper transaction for the difference. Why would a company wanted to pay a shipper to pick up and return, then reorder (a non-stocked) item, then have it reshipped and redelivered…..a little bit absurd and costly for Furguson. I finally was able to get a customer service rep Joseph Schlesser to help. He was able to take charge and get the paper credit. He was able get me the large differential for the sale price credited to my credit card. One and done Thanks Joseph, for a newer representative, you handled the issue like a seasoned pro.
