I’m really impressed with the job ELM did in my attic. From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with the plan before starting. The crew was professional, efficient, and extremely tidy — they cleaned the attic thoroughly before putting in the new insulation, and they made sure the rest of the house stayed spotless. The new insulation looks great and I can already feel the difference in the temperature of the house. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for reliable and detail-oriented work.
If you are looking for a company to install insulation you won’t find anyone better than ELM. After the fire, the smoke remediation company removed all the insulation but didn’t install any new insulation. I got the number from a neighbor’s recommendation and called. They came out the next day, on time, and ready to get to work. Alex and his crew did an amazing job in the attic and crawl space. They finished sooner than expected and did a great job cleaning up. Eli, the owner, gave me o great price with no upcharges and was easy to work with. It was really a great experience!
Eli with ELM Insulation is incredible. He is a trustworthy professional, honest and does a great job. We had him replace all of our attic insulation. His team was great, worked hard, and got the job done efficiently. Eli was a great communicator and even followed up afterwards to make sure everything worked out well and we were satisfied with the work. Five stars all around - I wish all contractors were as great as Eli!

From the beginning of scheduling the estimate and the day of estimate to the end of installation, J Martin folks have been professional and nice. Jesus came out as promised to survey the site at my home for the installation of one complete Mitsubishi mini-split unit that J Martin also provided and gave us the fair estimate for everything including the unit and installation. He also was nice to accommodate our schedule to install within a few days of estimate. On the installation day, Irvin and Kevin Crispin came to my home on time and finished the job very nicely and efficiently in early afternoon on the same day even though it was a fresh installation. They performed a great job of taking care of my family's need to place the unit where we wanted. Whole process was smooth with notifications from J Martin prior to any work. No surprises, and all went as they promised. I am happy that the unit works great although it's been only a couple of days since the installation. Thank you, J Martin. I highly recommend to anyone who needs HVAC service / installation.
Great Job!! Choose J Martin based on great reviews and family owned (Hopefully means they really care!). They did not disappoint!! Our experience with J Martin has been outstanding! Working with Jared was easy, we were given a fair price, and they came out within just a couple of days to install our whole house fan. Our technicians, Abraham and Frank, were also just as easy to work with. They were careful, cleaned up after themselves, and explained all questions! The whole house fan itself is very unintrusive and much more quiet than I expected it to be! Very happy and would absolutely recommend this company.
