New update and edit.. Despite much initial frustration with Royal, they were true to their word in the end and worked with me to fix my problem. Very thankful that someone from higher up followed up with me and that they/lennox worked together to resolve all my issues. Thankful it’s cool and comfortable in our home without having to spend money on a new system. I am Leaving the other 2 reviews up all on this same post so others can see that this was resolved and not just remember that there was a one star review that’s now gone. Update/edit - got a phone call from someone in management at Royal today, seems that we have came to a fair agreement and he was nice enough that I actually canceled my appointment with another company. Will update once issue is resolved, I want to fairly represent them and not just leave the previous negative review up without follow up. Giving Royal one more chance and very hopeful it works out! Original review- Paid for a complete new system less than 8 years ago from Royal. Stopped cooling recently, tech was late on the service call with no phone call as a heads up. It was just over $300 to diagnose that it has 3 refrigeration leaks and will be well over $4000 to fix, or about $15,000 to replace with a single stage system including a “discount” no offer to work with me to keep me as a customer after already giving them a large chunk of money less than 8 years ago. First other company I called is doing a new 2 stage system for just over $11,000. This Company seems to only care about getting people on their “gold plan”. Do yourself a favor and don’t throw away money buying junk from Royal.

Richard did a great job of assessing the problem with our ventilation system and recommending immediate action. He requested other staff to come to my house immediately to repair the exhaust system. He also signed me up immediately for the Royal Gold Plan and immediately provided me with my first maintenance service. He did a great job and I would like to request him to return in the future for the next service.

My technician Nick was prompt and thorough always doing the extra in anwering questions. During my visit an unkown problem was discovered, he showed me explained what needs to be done and the.price. I am very happy with the service and company.

Diaz Insulation was great to work with and reasonably priced. I had the crew come out and remove the old insulation I had in my attic, which has a very small crawlspace. Then, I had the crew come back a couple weeks later and blow in new insulation. They answered all questions I had, the crew was professional and cleaned up after the work was complete, and the job itself was done very well. Thank you for a job well done!

I highly recommend Diaz Insulation. A professional team from the first call to project completion. Prompt, professional, easy to work with, and friendly. It was a pleasure to work with this team. Roy Diaz came out within a couple of days of a call to ask for a bid from them. He was very professional, offered options to box in my whole house fan, recommended and explained different R-values for my home and garage, and I most appreciated his recommendation to upgrade any electrical that I may need in the future before they blow in the insulation. Once I gave them the call that I was ready for them, they were out the next day, and their installation team was prompt, professional, and courteous.

Diaz Insulation cleaned my crawlspace and removed all the insulation. Rodents compromised the insulation for years. I tried doing this job myself and it was too difficult. They did a thorough job and I'm very happy with the outcome. Great Job!
